I'm using Archlinux now, but I want to try Gobolinux. On Gobolinux aren't any KDEmod packages or recipes and I don't know is it possible to install.
http://kdemod.ath.cx/svn/branches/kde3/ - this is svn repository of KDEmod, on svn are patches for KDE3 and PKGBUILDs (PKGBUILD is Arch linux source compilation scripts). If possible is make KDEmod version for Gobolinux I'll leave Arch linux.

The GoboLinux general policy is to not patch things if it isn't really needed. So no, there aren't KDEMod patches yet.
Just out of curiosity, what are the modifications included in this mod? Maybe it could be possible to make recipes for them and make them available for the ones who want to try them.

Iirc it's a kde mod created using various additions/patches to improve usability or so. Like suse's kickoff kmenu, you know.

The good thing about kdemod is that you can more easily install (smaller) packages that are part of kde. Instead of installing the whole bunch belonging to a special kde-package-group. (afaik)

It shouldn't be that hard fixing it by oneself. Just put the patch sets into each KDE-*/3.5.8 recipe directory and run Compile.

    How does that work?
