    These are the rules of the GoboLinux support community:

    • Treat other members with respect at all times. This community welcomes all members, regardless of sex, ethnicity, religious belief, nationality, disability, age, political opinion, or sexual orientation.

    • Remember that everybody involved is a volunteer, and treat them accordingly.

    • Do not engage in disruptive or offensive behaviour.

    • Be constructive. Aggressive, demeaning, or overly harsh comments are not welcome.

    • Stay on-topic for the category and discussion.

    • Be precise in your requests. Posts like "HELP ME QUICK! I DUNNO WHAT IS GOING ON" won't get you far.

    • Use proper spelling, grammar, and capitalisation. You're not in a hurry.

    • The forum moderators will exercise their power in order to keep the forum running smoothly, including editing or deleting posts and accounts and banning users temporarily or permanently.

    • If you feel that you have been dealt with unfairly, read the rules again keeping in mind the spirit in which they are intended. If you have already done that, appeal to another moderator for a second opinion.


    If you agree to the aforementioned rules - welcome aboard. Just be reasonable.

    These rules were based on the suggestions by vazub in an earlier discussion and may be amended at any time.
